These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the online course Everything I know about Stylized 3D Characters, created by Illia Loginov.
1. Course Provider
The course is created and provided by Illia Loginov. For support, questions, or access issues, please contact: support@stylized3dcharacters.com.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle. Paddle may act as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for your purchase. This means your payment, applicable taxes, invoices, and certain buyer-related payment matters may be handled by Paddle according to Paddle’s own buyer terms and policies.
3. Course Access
After purchase, you will receive access to the course materials. The course is provided as a self-paced digital product. You are responsible for making sure that the email address used during purchase is correct and accessible.
4. Lifetime Access
Your purchase includes lifetime access to the course materials, as long as the course remains available and supported. “Lifetime access” means access for the lifetime of the course, not the lifetime of any individual platform, website, hosting provider, or third-party service.
5. Free Updates
Future updates to the course may be included free of charge for existing students. Updates may include additional lessons, improved explanations, revised materials, or other improvements. Illia Loginov decides what updates are added and when.
6. Personal Use License
When you purchase the course, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your own learning.
You may not:
- share your account or course access with others;
- copy, resell, redistribute, upload, or publicly share the course videos or materials;
- use the course content to create a competing course, product, or training program;
- remove copyright notices or claim the course content as your own.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all original course videos, narration, editing, text, graphics, educational materials, and branded content are owned by Illia Loginov. All rights are reserved.
Certain materials shown within the course for educational, commentary, analysis, inspiration, or demonstration purposes — including film clips, references, artworks, designs, screenshots, or third-party media — remain the property of their respective owners.
Where possible, credit is provided directly within the course content. The inclusion of such materials does not imply ownership by Illia Loginov and is used solely for educational and illustrative purposes.
8. Student Work
Any artwork, exercises, or projects you create while taking the course belong to you. You may publish and use your own work, including in your portfolio or social media, unless it directly copies protected course assets or materials.
9. Feedback Sessions
The course is currently sold as a self-paced product and does not include personal feedback by default. Optional feedback sessions may become available separately in the future. These sessions, if offered, may have separate pricing, terms, availability, and scheduling rules.
10. Refunds
Because this is a digital course with immediate access to educational content, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. Please review the course description, free lesson, previews, and all available information before purchasing.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to the course, please contact support@stylized3dcharacters.com so the issue can be reviewed.
11. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a modern browser, and any software or tools required to follow the course. The course may use third-party platforms such as Squarespace, Vimeo, Paddle, email services, or other tools for hosting, payment, access, and communication.
12. No Guaranteed Results
The course is designed to teach concepts, workflows, and techniques for creating stylized 3D characters. However, individual results depend on your background, practice, effort, software knowledge, and creative decisions. No specific artistic, financial, career, or professional result is guaranteed.
13. Availability
Reasonable effort will be made to keep the course accessible. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hosting issues, platform changes, payment provider issues, technical problems, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
14. Account Suspension
Access may be suspended or terminated if there is evidence of abuse, unauthorized sharing, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, violation of these Terms, or attempts to copy or redistribute the course materials.
15. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the course after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
